Which file contains all my options settings in OneNote2007?

I have all my display/file locations/customized toolbars just the way I want
them in OneNote2007, and want to export those settings to another tablet
laptop.

Go to (for Windows XP)
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Microsoft\OneNote\12.0

and copy

* Preferences.dat
* Toolbars.dat

Toolbars.dat may not exist,because you didn't chang your toolbars.
