Which Format is preferred?

Hi all,
I know there is a Command button wizard for sending a report as a
mail.During this process , I am asked to use a format in which the report may
be sent.There are different formats like acFormatRTF;acFormatHTML
;acFormatTXT ;acFormatXLS. Which one is preferred and what are the advantages
of using one over the other.

My requirement is, I want to send appropriate Attendance sheets and payslips
(calculated based on the Attendance) reports to the appropriate employees as
an attachment through mails(preferably using Outlook) from Access Form.

I did not start the application yet, so, if some one could guide me as to
how to proceed with this as my senior wants me to automate the whole process
of calculating the payslip of the employees based on the attendance and
sending them the reports(attendance as well as payslip) through mails(MS
outlook).
Will I be able to send all the reports to all the employees at one go(I mean
with a button click)?If yes, is this the right process of proceeding or
should I approach with any other alternate method?

I can't help you on the details of the report, but I don't like to send
anything electronically that I haven't converted to pdf. You might think
about printing to pdf and then sending them.
