Which function would be easy to find who gets bonus and how much?

If your boss wanted to know who gets a bonus and even perhaps how much which
function would be easiest to use and why in EXCEL?

Depends on the "rules" for obtaining a bonus. You need to be rather more
precise in defining your requirements.

That would depend entirely on how to evaluate performance and divvy up
bonuses. You might suggest:

A1: <employee name>
A2: <total bonus pool>
A3: =IF(A1="Rebecca", A2, 0)


Otherwise, there are an infinite number of formulas that may or may not
fit your boss's criteria.
