Which is the best program to use for setting up an address book

I have all programmes in Office 2003, Works 8.0 and works Suite. Is it best
to use Access, Outlook Contacts or anything else to make up a Christmas Card
database and to be able to use mail merge?

Assuming these contacts also have email, which presumably you use the OL
would seem the candidate.
PS Whats the point of Works/Suite if you have Office?

For the past 4 years I have used Access successfully. It is very
convenient to be able to produce queries like "Cards sent
abroad", "People who sent cards" etc.
