Which Office product would I use to create a party invitaion flyer

I would like to create a party invitation flyer that I can fold to mail. I am
new at using office so I apologize if this is a no brainer or a dumb
question. I just don't know where to start.

Publisher is ideal but it could be done in Word.

It depends

If you have Microsoft Office Publisher installed on your computer, that
would be the perfect Microsoft Office product to use when creating a party
invitation flyer. However if you don't have Publisher, you may opt to choose
Microsoft Office Word and use the templates available in Microsoft Office
online (for the actual invitation or for inspiration)
