i have winXP pro & office XP pro
i have a consulting co.
i want to input "once" customers & Staff
i want this pgm outlook[2002] or access or ??? to be 100% user friendly with
all
my microsoft pgms
i want to press a button and mailing labels appear for both
i want to search postal codes [match staff to cust]
i want to have seperate/shared schedules for staff and customers
i want staff to read rules regulations procedures
i want timesheets for cust & staff
what would small biz pgm do that office xp pro couldn't already do
if you recommend a pgm[office XP pro] for me to i/p all this contact info &
i later get small biz mngr, will it load all contacts/staff/etc.?
whatz diff between outlook 2002 & 2003?
i forgot to mention, i need to communicate with staff of 50 quickly, cell
ph's, LL's, email's...
