which program should I use to make a list of books

Im creating a list of books that are numbered and come in sections such as
science,maths ect for my childrens primary school. Which program would be the
best to use?

Excel is probably easiest unless you want to struggle to design a complex
database in access...

It really depends on what you want to do with the list, and how many books.

You don't have to struggle.. there is an Access template available for a
book list..
