Which programme do you use to open a .pst file

I have copied my Outlook Contacts onto a Flash Card. It asks me which
programme to open the .pst file with. Can't find the programme. Help please!

Start Outlook. Choose File | Open | Outlook Data File. Browse to the ..pst file that you saved.

PSTs aren't really double-clickable. Try using Outlook to open it using the
File menu > Open > Outlook Data file command
