Which stencils best for "state transition diagrams"?

I would like to draw a "state transition diagram"
with elliptic bubbles and arched arrows.
The arched should be able to "snap-on" to the elliptic bubbles

Which stencils are best suited for these kind of drawings ?

You want the ROOM stencil (in the Software and Database category).
However, the states have no connection points by default. If you start
from the ROOM template they'll work.
Or do proper state models using my software below.

File->New->Software and Database->UML Model Diagram (Metric) -> then choose
UML Statechart (Metric). You can then Create UML Statechart/Transition
Diagrams

If you are using the Model Explorer on an existing UML Model then you create
one by right clicking on the relevant class and choose New->Statechart
Diagram.
