Which toolbar has the "Mark As Not Spam" button?

[Confused Again]

I can't find the "Mark As Not Spam" option. It used to be available when an
email came into my Inbox that had "[SPAM]" inserted in the Subject line
before that actual text of the Subject line began. I would appreciate any
help with this. Thank you.

That is not an Outlook toolbar. Suggest you scan your system for a program that filters spam or query your AV/AS maker.
