Hello,
I just finished installing , configuring and provisioning my Project 2007
server and I am preparing to connect to it via the Project 2007 application.
The instructions for connecting to the server indicate that I have to
specify the URL for "the instance of Office Project Server 2007". Since the
installation process created a couple of sites that I could possibly use, I
was wondering exactly which one the application should be linked to. Do I
specify the URL for the web address I created as the base site during the
"Create Site Collection" process (i.e. http://servername/) or do I specify
the address for the Project Web Access site (i.e. http://servername/PWA/)?
I suspect that since the PWA site is configured to back-end to the databases
on my SQL server that I should use http://servername/PWA. Is this a correct
assumption?
Thanks,
Matt Delfs
