Cannot connect to Analysis Services

We have Project Server 2007 small farm( 1 web, 1 app, 1 sql, 1 as, all w2k3
sp1, sql2005 sp1).
We build the database/cube ok from Server settings, Cube build .....

I then log on a client , from IE : http://servername/pwa with a resticted
user (member of the Project Admin group)
When I try to make a new view for Data analysis (Server Settings, Look and
Feel, Manage views, New view , View type Data Analysis I get the error :
failed to cannot conncet to the Analysis Server , Verify the servername and
try again.

I see the correct servername in the servername field.

If I try the same with a domain administrator logged on everything work ok.

I have tried with different IE security zones and configurations.

On the client computer I have installed :
SQL 2005 Nativ client
SQL 2005 BC komponents
SQL 2005 Setup support files
Office 2003 OWC
