While outlook is trying to receive e-mail.....it fails

I can send, but cannot receive e-mail. After my outlook sends
successfully.....it sits in "synchonization mode" tring to receive for about
5 minutes, than it fails?

Do you have an antivirus program scanning incoming mail? Try disabling it.
