While You Were Out Form Question

Tim Adams

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with an Outlook Form
Question. I published the 'While You Were Out' form to a Public Folder
by making a 'Post form' the default for the folder and using Sue's
code to launch the WYWO form. I would like a copy of the WYWO form to
automatically post to that Public Folder when a user sends the form to
other users via Action-->WYWO form.

Is there any code I can enter to accomplish this or am I just missing
something?

Thanks!

Put the folder's email address in the Bcc field, then republish the form.

Thanks for the reply Sue, but I don't see a Bcc field within the
'While you were out form'??

Thanks Again...Tim

You don't need to. You can run the form, click To and add the Bcc recipient
in the Select Names dialog. Or do it on the All Fields tab in design mode.
Or on a hidden form page to which you've added the Bcc field from the Field
Chooser.
