On a past version of MS Outlook (I currently had 93
version loaded on my PC), under forms, there was a "while
you were out" telephone message form. I cannot locate it
in the 93 version. I found this tool handy, because the
phone messages that folks would take for me were retained
in my inbox and not lost on my desk!
