While You were out Template

I work in a large organization where one secretary takes messages for many
people. I would like her to start using OUTLOOK to take the message and send
it as an e-mail. I fould the template on Microsoft's webpages but it says it
works with 98 version. We run Windows NT and Office 2000. Will this
template work in 2000? Also, I am new to "forms" in OUTLOOK. Where can I go
to get help on actually using the form once it is downloaded?
