WhileOut.exe application

I d/l the file listed above and although it says it launched and loaded
correctly, the template file is nowhere to be found. Can someone help me
locate it or launch it properly?

Also, it directs me to find the file with the following message:

"Setup was completed successfully. The While You Were Out form has been
installed in the Microsoft Office\Office folder. To view it, start Outlook,
point to Open Special Folder on the file menu, and then click Personal
Folder."

The problem with this is, from my computer, when I click File, Open, I am
prompted to select one of three options:

Selected Items...
Other User's Folder...
Outlook Data File...

but no Personal Folder...Am I doing something wrong? Even a *.oft search
for files on my hard drive didn't result in any templates resembling the
while you were out file. Can someone help me? Thanks!

When I launch the WhileOut.exe file, there are NO screen instructions
instructing me what to do...Anyone able to help?

Use Tools->Forms->Choose Form. Use the option Templates in File System.
Open the While You Were Out form from there. You may want to publish the
form to the Personal Forms Library and use Tools->Forms->Choose form to
access it when needed.

Thanks, Milly, but it's not there, that's why I d/l it from MS website. I
can't install it properly or something else is going on.

Sorry - wrong instructions. Once you have double clicked on the .exe, it
should put the .pst file in the Office folder. Use Outlook
File->Open->Outlook Data File. Navigate to the Office folder. Click on the
While Out .pst file to open it in Outlook. Once open in Outlook, go to the
folder under the .pst file and click on it. Go to Tools->Forms->Choose Form
and select Outlook Folders from the dropdown as the source. Click on Open
and you should have your form.

Choose Outlook data file and browse to the office folder to add it to your
profile. Once you install the form in your forms folders, you can close that
pst.

If you need more detailed assistance, I have instructions to install custom
forms at http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/publish_form.htm and just happen
to use that form as the example. :)
