White eye in Pet Pics Using MS Picture Manager

Let me rephrase my previous question:
Does anyone know step by step how to correct "white eye" in pet photos using
MS Picture Manager?

I do have Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 although I'd like to do
via MS Picture Manager.

I know these programs address "red eye". But I don't see where they address
"white eye".
