How do I remove the white light spot from my picture do to the flash from my
camera?

You can't really remove the spot. The best you can do is to try to clone
another area over it. You need a photo editing program for that.

This requires advanced image editing software.

You cannot actually 'remove' glare...because
the only thing under it would be white paper.

Personally...I use a clone tool to copy other
portions of the image and paste them over the
bad spot.

If you need an editor the following freeware
program may be worth a try:
