White paper on SBS 2003 Shared Fax Service?

Neil Aggarwal

Hello:

I am evaluation SBS 2003 and am looking for a white paper or high level
overview of the Microsoft Shared Fax Service. I have searched Microsoft's
web site and the web to no avail.

Can someone point me to a good doc on what this service can do?

Thanks,
Neil

You know, I wish I could. I haven't been able to find much either, but SBS
issues don't come up and aren't covered in this group. I've also noticed
that there isn't much information available on Microsoft's other shared fax
services either, particularly Windows Server 2003 Fax.
I'll put a bug in the ear of PSS and see if they can direct us to (or
develop) better resources.

Hi there,
I have the same problem. The only things I found:

http://www.microsoft.com/mspress/books/sampchap/4895.asp

and

http://tinyurl.com/4h6dk

Both however give only little insight on features and architecture
More details would be very interesting.
