One file with many users. The data keep changing but don't know who did
it.
Can we find otu who did it beside asking each of them?

Thanks

If you share the workbook (Tools>Share Workbook), you can track who
makes changes.

Some features, such as creating charts conditional formatting, are
disabled in a shared workbook. For more information on shared workbooks,
look in Excel's Help, under the topic 'Features that are unavailable in
shared workbooks' or view the list at the Microsoft site:

I was referring to creating an Excel workbook that is shared.
To turn on that feature in a workbook, on the Excel menu bar choose
Tools>Share Workbook
Add a check mark to 'Allow changes by more than one user at the same time'
Click OK, and click OK to any messages that appear.

Later, to see who has made changes, choose Tools>Track Changes>Highlight
Changes
You can highlight the changes on the screen or list the changes on a new
sheet.
