Who has opened this table?

I have need to know if another user has just opened a table, before than I
access to this table.
Please write the code, if possible, or link-page.

You have two posts regarding prohibiting access to a form or table if it is
open. This is unusual. What is it you are trying to accomplish. There may
be a better way.
