Not from Excel unless you already have Track Changes turned
on, or you coded a macro to keep track. Take a look at
properties from within Excel (File, properties).

If the file is on a network drive there may be some logging
as to what is happening.
If you have journaling turned on, which would be bad there would
be some kind of record of something, somewhere, I have no idea
what or where you would see it. But you could contact your
network administrator.
