Why a trial when I paid $156.48 for Office

I purchased MS Office 2003. Upon installing it, it indicated it was a trail
and would expire if I didn't purchase it. I paid $156.48. Cannot open Word,
Excell, Outlook or PowerPoint. Whats the deal? The Product key in partial
is: B44Rq HWPKB etc.

Purchased 11/18/05 at Circuit City in Greenville, SC.

Did you have trial version already installed on your machine before you
bought the retail version? If so then you did not follow the proper
procedure to install te retail version. You need to uninstall your
trial version before you install the retail version.
