Why Access 2007 is a very slow network?

Hello
Our database is updated in the Access 2007 version. Previously, it was in
Access 2003. The database is divided into two parts, tables, and logic parts.
Users have the same time about 30 The problem is that the new 2007 version of
the database is changed in very slow. How can I speed up the database?

Make sure you have applied Service Pack 2 for Office 2007:

There were several hotfixes for dealing with performance that are probably
in SP2 (based on their date), such as:
