Why after an update, don't our master office forms look the same?

After a reload of Windows Office 2000 on a couple of our office workstations,
the master office forms didn't look like they used to. The text was the same
font but sentences would wrap around to the next line. The computers that
hadn't been reloaded printed these documents just fine. What changed and how
can I fix it?

Print a copies from the old and new machines, overlay them and hold them
against the window: that will show you exactly what's changed. The usual
culprits are:

1. Different fonts.

2. Different printers, affecting the margins.

3. Different printer settings, affecting whether you're using native or
downloaded fonts.

Almost certainly what changed is your printer driver (not necessarily your
printer). Different operating system?
