Why am I getting "not enough memory..." message

When I try to change my office assistant in Word, I click on the Gallery and
I get the message 'Not enough memory to complete this action' and I can't
access the gallery. I have Office 2003 with all the updates, and I have a new
computer with Windows Vista 288 GB, 2.20 RAM, and Intel Pentium Dual 2.20 GB.
So I know there's enough memory. This always happens, even when running just
Word. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, but it just
won't work. Is there anything I can do?
