why am i not receiving my emails?

I cant get any of my emails. Every time that I click on the send/receive
button, I get an error message in the top left corner. Help!!

Sorry. The battery in my crystal ball is too low so that error message
is just a bit too fuzzy for me to read. Guess you'll just have to tell
us what is that error message.
