Why am I receiving some of my messages multiple times like 10x

I just upgraded with Computer Associates new firewall and antiviris software
provided by roadrunner cable here in Hawaii. I stayed on line with CA for
over an hour and we thought it was fixed by reloading the new software but
the next day the same messages are repeated with the same date and time for
10 to 20 times,

I could use a little help, it is from valid trusted websites but only
certain messages are effected

There's your sign.

Disable e-mail scanning in the anti-virus program.
