Why am I unable to download Office SP3

I have Office XP 2002 and I have tried for several weeks to download SP3.
Each time I get the message that the Office Update site is experiencing
technical difficulties - try again. If I go the Office catalog route I get
the message that I am not authorised to view the download page.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Try adding the update site url to your trusted sites in IE.

I have the same problem. The site is added to my trusted sites in IE.
I canÂ´t download any updates to OFFICE
