You would need to post more info, version of outlook, type of mail account,
a recenent occurence etc?
You could start by running a repair using the office cd

I am using Outllook 2003 and I have a problem with the font style on my email
signature randomly changing to a different font style when I hit 'REPLY'
'REPLY ALL' or 'FORWARD'. I have checked everywhere in Outlook Options and
can't seem to find a solution to this annoying problem.
