Why appears leter C on the screen when I pres up/down buton

Pleas , can you help me to solv my problem. I can't write anything because
when I mustc pres left/right or up/doun buton for navigating through the text
I wrote the leter c aperas on the text. Alsou I am having problem now. I am
only a simply user of computer but I think that the problem isn't word
problem.
