Why are all of my appointments suddenly two days instead of one?

When I started my computer this morning and checked my calendar, all of my
appointments went from one day appointments to two day appointments. I can
change each entry (who has time for that) but there must be a reason why this
happened. Any ideas????

TIme Zone or DST setting mismatch between Outlook's Calendar and Windows'
clock is the usual culprit.
