Frustrated Hypnotherapist

I created my website (journeywithin.info) using Publisher 2003. If 2/3 of
each of my webpages are all the same, why are each of my web pages completely
redrawn? Is there a way around this? It wouldn't be an issue, but each page
loads so slowly and strangely; writing that ends up being lower on the page,
first displays at the very top of the page over my navigation bar.

Thank you for your help!

Likely the result of your page design and layout being so that it resulted
in the page being images. A subject covered on the FAQ -
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30
And since Publisher generates all images on all pages (not reusing same
images) the browser is loading a new image file on each page.
Ultimately it comes down to your design technique. Even professional web
designers not using Publisher have to balance design with performance.
