You're asking the question in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for
the database program Microsoft Access, which doesn't handle
"documents".
Please use the list on the left of the screen at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx
to pick an appropriate newsgroup for the software you're using (I'm
guessing Word but you don't say, so I'm not sure). When you do post
remember - nobody else can see your computer screen. Indicate *what*
you did, and *what* you saw when you did it - the full text of any
error messages in particular.
