Sometimes when I open Outlook 2002, there will be a new Personal Folder at
the bottom of my Folder List. When I click on it, Outlook just gives me a
grey screen and says that it can't open the folder because it's not
configured. I don't know why they are showing up. They're easy enough to
right-click on and 'Close'. It's just frustrating that this is happening.
Sometimes I have as many as 3 non-working Personal Folders in the Folder
List. Any help would be appreciated.
