Why are some menus in a different language?

Two menu tabs in the Internet Explorer Tools menu are in a different language
(Russian?). I have the language set to English (enus). Help?

Internet explorer isn't part of the MS Office suite. You may wish to
post your question in one of the groups that is set up for Internet
Explorer issues.
