why are two of the fonts missing

I run word often and I do not have two of the fonts for office pro edition
.... what could have happened ... the missing fonts are regulat and bold. I
really need them. Did I do something wrong

I'm not sure what you mean by "the missing fonts are regular and
bold". Are you saying variations of the font do not appear in the list
such as "Albertus Extra Bold"??

If so then what are the names of the fonts are you missing?

Also note the font list is dependent on the current printer driver. If
the printer does not support a specific font then it will not appear
in the list. Just as an example, if I switch my printer to an inkjet
printer the Albertus fonts do not appear in the list. However if I
switch to a laser printer then they are available. This is because my
ink jet printer only supports true type fonts and the Albertus fonts
are not true type. Perhaps something like this is what you are
encountering??

Which fonts do you think are missing? Regular (I'm assuming you made a typo)
and Bold are not font names.
