Why aren't fill colors displayed in my excel spreadsheets?

When I fill a cell using any color or pattern, it only appears when I select
print preview. The filled colors should appear in normal views also. I am
using Microsoft Small Business

Click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options | Display |
uncheck the "Use high contrast" box | OK.

hello, I did not see a contrast option

hello,

I tried your suggestion, the "use high contrast" option was not selected. I
have no idea what I've done, I'm able to print in black ink but not color,
any other suggestions.
