Why aren't my Calendar reminders popping up on my screen?

For some reason my Calendar reminders aren't popping up on my screen? Why?

For some reason my Calendar reminders aren't popping up on my screen? Why?

What type of account? What version of Oultook? If your folders are for an
Hotmail account, you won't get reminders unless you're using the Outlook
Connector and it's your delivery location.
