Why can I not save as "Outlook Template"?

Hi all
I want to create a "resuable email" or template and the online help file
says I should create the email and save it as an "outlook template" but this
option does not exist in the drop down menu. I am using MS Outlook 2003
(11.5608.5606). I cannot find an Add-In on the CD that might correct it.
Thanks for any help.

The option to save an email message as an Outlook form template .oft file is
not available if WordMail is your editor. You will need to turn off WordMail
first. If you are already working on the message, close and save it. Then go
to Tools | Options | Mail Format and clear the box for "Use Microsoft Word
to edit e-mail messages."

You should now be able to open your message from the Drafts folder and save
it as an .oft file. You can then turn WordMail back on.

Thanks for that Sue. Feel a bit daft that I didn't spot that on the original
help file!
Kind regards
Rebecca
