why can i view my webpage on my desktop and not on my laptop?

I recently created a webpage in publisher 2003 and after it was published I
found that I can view the site on desktop computers but not on laptop
computers. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix this problem?

Please provide a link, explain exactly what you mean by "cannot view", and
tell us what browser you are using and which version on both the laptop and
the desktop.
