I am trying to create a mail merge in Microsoft Word by using a query from a
database to sort addresses etc, but although the query can be seen in the
Access database it does not display this particular query for selection
through Word, when others are visible. I have done this before successfully
with other databases but cannot replicate it with this one. This database in
particular has a lot of queries.
Is there a maximum number that can be displayed in Word?
Would it not show if the query is already connected to another mail merge?
