Why can't I associate contacts with history in BCM?

My Business Contact Manager blanked out leaving me no way to associate
contacts with history. How can I fix that? Why would that happen?

Check if Business Tools is avalaible else go to help > about Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable the same
