Why can't I contact MicroSoft about my invalid product key???

I have installed, uninstalled, and re installed the FrontPage 30-day trial. I
have twice now been informed that I have an invalid product key. Who do I
contact? Why doesn't MicroSoft have an email address or phone number? HELP!
