Why can't I donwload templates from Microsoft?

I Need Help

When I go to download a template from Microsoft.com, it says that it
downloaded, but then when I go to find it, it is not there. Why?

Generally, when you download a template, it opens that template in the
native program. Which program's templates are you trying to download and
where are you looking for them?
