Why can't I format wordart as a normal user on a networked PC?

With an administrator login I can format wordart and clipart - no problem-
but with a normal user login I cannot. I get a dialog showing "This is not a
valid measurement".

I have tried adding more permissions for a normal user on one workstation.
With no effect. This has worked before, with another program that would not
run.

The permissions I added were in the "Special Permissions" dialog. They were
to allow everything except "full Control", "Delete", "Change Permissions" and
"Change Ownership". This was applied to te program's parent folder - in this
case "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11"

Hi Jagman,

Are you using the Ranger security product or an add-in
with Word?

In File=>Print in Word is the printer listed available for
that user and are the margins correct?
