I assume you are using ALT-PRINTSCREEN to copy the image? If so, try this:
1. Open Word, click "Tools", "Options". Click the "General" TAB and uncheck
the bottom check mark (Automatically create drawing canvas..."
2. Copy your image, switch back to Word, click "Edit", "Paste Special",
choose the JPEG option if available, or try the one selected.
