why can't I get my e-mail's

I presume because you're doing something wrong.

Please post this question in a newsgroup for your particular EMail
software (there are many: Outlook Express, Outlook, AOL, WebTV,
.....???), explaining what software you are using; how you have set it
up; and what error message you are getting. This newsgroup is not for
EMail, it's for the database software Microsoft Access.
