Why can't I open Outlook?

Hi,

Everytime I try to open Outlook, I get an error message first that states
that Outlook failed to launch in safe mode. Then it asks me if I would like
to start "Detect and Repair?" When I click yes, it starts installing
something and after open Outlook. At last, it stops and another message
appears and states that a problem was encountered.

Can someone help me with that?
